TinyPix Zero: a pocket-sized WLED brain for serious LED installs
TinyPix Zero is one of the smallest fully featured smart LED controllers in its class—built around the ESP32-S3 with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, WLED as the lighting engine, and a rare combination of microphone, lux, PIR, IR, dual outputs, and level shifting so makers and installers can hide professional-grade control where space is tight.
Why it exists
More than “ESP32 + WLED”
Generic controllers ship a bare MCU. TinyPix Zero bundles the sensors and output stage installers normally wire as daughterboards—so your custom lighting behaves like a product, not a science project.
- Ultra-compact installs — tuck the controller behind crown molding, inside service cavities, or in shallow aluminum extrusions where a full-size board will not fit.
- Human-centric scenes — combine PIR, lux, and schedules so lighting feels responsive instead of always-on RGB noise.
- Reactive entertainment — align LED motion to music for gaming setups, home theaters, and streaming studios.
- Installer confidence — fewer piggyback boards, fewer failure points, and a QC story you can repeat to clients.
Retail boxes emphasize a sleek, futuristic first impression with tight copy blocks instead of dense spec tables. Front-of-box callouts currently mirror this set:
Side and back panels carry compliance text, SKU / GTIN barcodes (see below), and localized disposal icons once artwork is approved.
Bench-verified before it ships
TinyPix Zero is treated as consumer-grade hardware, not a bare dev board. Units run through a controlled multi-step verification sequence in the production fixture: applied power within limits, firmware flash, Wi-Fi RSSI spot check, output integrity and level-shifter behavior, microphone and motion sanity sweeps, and visual inspection. Failed boards are reworked or scrapped according to traceability rules.
That workflow feeds customer-facing language you can repeat verbatim on proposals: “Each TinyPix Zero completes a documented electrical, RF, and sensor verification pass before it leaves the facility.”
- TinyPix Zero controller, antistatic packaging
- Printed quick-start guide & safety sheet
- Compliance insert where required by market

TinyDevS3 remains the ESP32-S3 playground—logic shifter, microphone, lux sensor, and a single WS2812 for rapid prototyping. When your firmware graduates from the bench, TinyPix Zerois the path to a boxed, QC'd product your customers can install without seeing jumper wires.
TinyDevS3 storefront listing (if enabled) will live alongside Meegy dev tools—ask your account team for roadmap timing.

Input voltage (target): 5–12 V DC for the retail TinyPix Zero SKU we are aligning packaging around. Earlier engineering explorations included a wider 5–24 V window; the authoritative rating will be the value printed on your unit's label. Until then, plan power supplies within the conservative 5–12 V envelope.
Current budget (target): on the order of ~4 A aggregate depending on thermals, cable gauge, and simultaneous channel loading—subject to EVT/DVT validation and de-rating curves.
Connectors & polarity: DC input polarity, barrel size, and LED connector pinouts ship on the silkscreen and quick-start card. Always verify polarity with a multimeter before first power-on.
Meegy does not publish regulatory marks (CE, FCC, RoHS, WEEE, etc.) on marketing pages until the declaration or certification package tied to that SKU revision is complete. Do not infer certification from renders alone.

00860015712202Amazon-compliant barcode artwork typically targets a 50 × 30 mm label for FBA carton sides; retail box footprint for TinyPix-class hardware is often near 92 × 31 mm (height varies with wall thickness)—confirm with mechanical CAD before procurement.
